Where: Hollywood, Florida.
Breakfast: Oikos Blueberry Greek Yogurt.
Morning Snack: About a third of a Froot Loops bowl until I got yucked out at the sugar content. Resolved to eat the Multi-grain Cheerios at home; gotta stop eating the Froot Loops. Ate a Yoplait 100 Greek Yogurt. Less sugar than the Oikos.
Lunch: Filled up half the plate with salad greens. A bit of bean salad and potato salad. Ate the ahi tuna off the sandwich and the tomato basil and mozzarella out of the wrap. Left the bread and wrap. Skipped dessert. Drank water.
Afternoon Snack: They served donuts for Gods' sakes. Despite my resolve to be good I was going to eat a glazed donut. But got busy with talking to people and such and by the time I got to the tables all the glazed donuts were gone. THANK THE GODS. LOL They tested me and then took pity on me. Ate some fruit instead. I know the fruit has a good amount of sugar too. But it's better than donuts and other stuff.
Reception/Dinner: Various appetizers and three glasses of wine. Ate mindfully. Not too much carbs. Good amount of protein. Probably should have had some veggies. Oh well.
Exercise: Day off.
Overview: Pretty good today I think -- with a little help from the Gods. ☺
