Where: Hollywood, Florida
Breakfast: Chex cereal with non-fat milk. Almost no sugar.
Morning snack: Oikos Blueberry Greek Yogurt. More sugar than then Yoplait one, but I wanted the blueberry.
Lunch: Chinese food buffet. A little bit of the dessert.
Afternoon Snack: Had a cinnamon donut... 70% of it.
Dinner: APC Dinner -- Apps, steak entree, half a key-lime pie, wine.
After Dinner: Went out and had a good amount of beer.
Exercise: Tuesday Morning Run! 3.6 hot and sweaty miles at 5:30AM.
Overview: Not as disciplined as Monday. Wish I could have at least said no to the donut. Oh well.
